Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of your 3ersBox account or of the Instagram and Facebook data imported into the 3ersBox vendor app.

1. How to request deletion

To request deletion, send an email to support@3ersbox.com from the email address associated with your 3ersBox account. Please use the subject line “Data deletion request” so we can identify it quickly.

2. What to include in your request

To help us locate the right account and act on your request, please include:

  • the email address and/or phone number used for your 3ersBox account;
  • your vendor shop name, if you are a vendor;
  • whether you are asking for full account deletion, or only for deletion of imported Instagram or Facebook data.

3. What may be deleted

Depending on your request, deletion may cover:

  • your account profile and authentication data;
  • your vendor profile and the content you uploaded to it;
  • imported Instagram and Facebook connection tokens;
  • imported Instagram and Facebook metadata (such as captions, post metadata, and media links);
  • cached imported media files, where stored by 3ersBox;
  • AI-generated profile drafts derived from imported social-media data.

4. Disconnecting your social account

If you only want to stop using Instagram or Facebook with the 3ersBox vendor app, you can disconnect the social account from within the app’s settings. Disconnecting stops further imports and starts the process of removing the connection token. You can also revoke 3ersBox’s access from the security or apps section of your Instagram or Facebook account.

5. Verification of the requester

To protect your account, we may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it. We may ask you to confirm details such as the account email, phone number, vendor shop name, or recent activity. If we cannot verify your request, we may decline to act on it.

6. Retention exceptions

Some information may be kept after a deletion request when we have a legitimate reason to retain it. These include:

  • complying with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • preventing fraud and abuse;
  • protecting security and the integrity of the apps;
  • resolving disputes and enforcing our Terms;
  • routine backups, which may continue to hold deleted data for a limited time before being overwritten;
  • records of transactions or payments, where required.

Where information is kept under these exceptions, we limit its use accordingly.

7. Processing time

We act on verified deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification. We do not promise instant deletion. Some systems, such as backups and logs, are designed to retain information for a limited period and will be cleared in line with their normal rotation.
