Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the 3ersBox apps and the 3ersBox vendor marketplace. Please read them carefully. This is an operational draft and may be updated as the product evolves.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the 3ersBox apps, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

2. Service description

3ersBox provides a wedding-planning app for couples and a vendor app for wedding vendors operating in the Tunisian market. The couples app offers planning tools such as checklists, guest lists, invitations, and vendor discovery. The vendor app allows vendors to set up a profile, manage portfolio media, and appear in the marketplace. Specific features may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and responsibility

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account.
  • You may not impersonate another person or business or misrepresent your relationship to a vendor or wedding.
  • You must be old enough to enter a binding contract under the law that applies to you.

4. Wedding planning tools

The planning tools are provided to help you organize your wedding. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including guest details, dates, and contact information. Adding a guest or recipient means you confirm you have permission to share that information with us for the purpose of organizing your event.

5. Vendor profiles and marketplace

Vendors can create a public profile to be discovered by couples. By submitting a vendor profile, you confirm that:

  • you are authorized to represent the business described in the profile;
  • the information you provide is accurate and not misleading;
  • the media you upload does not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Vendor approval and moderation

3ersBox may review vendor profiles before they appear in the marketplace and may apply ongoing moderation. We may decline, suspend, or remove profiles or content that we believe violate these Terms, are misleading, are unsafe, or are inappropriate for the marketplace. We do not guarantee that any profile will be approved or remain visible.

7. User and vendor content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the 3ersBox apps, including text, photos, videos, and other media (“Your Content”).

By submitting Your Content, you grant 3ersBox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes (such as resizing or generating thumbnails), and distribute Your Content as needed to operate and promote the 3ersBox apps and marketplace. This license ends in a reasonable time after you delete the content or your account, except where we need to retain it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any law or any third party’s rights.

8. Social media import

Vendors may choose to connect Instagram or Facebook to help fill in their profile.

  • You are responsible for having the rights to any media you import from Instagram or Facebook into your 3ersBox profile.
  • Imported media is treated like other vendor content. We may review, restrict, or remove imported media if we believe it violates these Terms or third-party rights.
  • You can disconnect Instagram or Facebook at any time and can request deletion of imported data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

9. AI-assisted content

  • AI features generate drafts and suggestions only. They are not final published content.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before saving or publishing it.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your context. 3ersBox is not responsible for AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

10. Reviews, messages, and community content

Where the apps allow reviews, messages between couples and vendors, or other community-style content, you agree to keep your communications respectful, honest, and relevant. You may not post content that is harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove community content that violates these Terms.

11. Payments and subscriptions

Some features of the 3ersBox apps may be free, while others may require payment or a subscription. If we offer paid features, the specific prices, billing periods, and payment terms will be presented in the apps before you commit. We may change pricing or discontinue paid features in the future. Where required by law, you will be given appropriate notice.

12. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • use the apps to break the law or to facilitate illegal activity;
  • upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the apps or their infrastructure;
  • send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages through the apps;
  • scrape or harvest data from the apps or marketplace;
  • impersonate another person, business, or vendor.

13. Third-party services

The apps rely on third-party services, including Supabase for backend infrastructure and the official Instagram and Facebook APIs for optional vendor media import. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms. 3ersBox is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

14. Availability and changes

We try to keep the 3ersBox apps available and working as expected, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The apps may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

15. Limitation of liability

The 3ersBox apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3ersBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the apps.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Termination and removal

You can stop using the 3ersBox apps at any time and can request deletion of your account by following our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend or remove accounts, profiles, or content if we believe they violate these Terms, harm other users, or expose 3ersBox to legal or operational risk.

17. Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you through the apps or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
